Fee, Policies and Insurance
My fee for an individual 45-minute session runs from $110-150 depending on time of day, number of sessions per week and other factors. My fee for couples therapy for a one hour session is $150-175. It is usual to have the same session day and time each week to ensure an appointment time will be available for you. I bill patients monthly, but if you prefer to pay each week that is fine as well.

I accept Oxford insurance and I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance. The bill I give you will have the required information on it to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance company can tell you what out-of-network benefits they provide.

I do not charge for the initial consultation if for some reason we decide not to continue. If medication management is needed or if a referral to another therapist is necessary, I have a large network of professionals I can refer you to.
